2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales of stays, raids and motorcycle experiences organised by Dust Adventure Club, including in particular support, logistics and associated tourist services.
3. Services
Dust Adventure Club offers organized trips including, depending on the trip:

motorcycle support

guided itineraries
-
accommodation
-
logistical support
The exact services are specified in the trip description.
What to include in the T&C document
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. They include the services mentioned in the description. Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:

transport to the departure point

personal expenses
Payment terms:
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required upon booking.
The balance is settled according to the following schedule:

40% to 60 days before departure

30% 30 days before departure
If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Dust Adventure Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the cancellation conditions stipulated in article 6.

More than 60 days before the departure date: deposit will be retained

30 to 60 days before the departure date: 50% of the price

Less than 30 days before the departure date: 100% of the price
By the organizer
Dust Adventure Club may cancel in the event of force majeure or an insufficient number of participants. In this case, payments will be refunded or a later date will be offered. The client will have the option to choose.
