Day 2
Tafraoute → M'Hamid
From Tafraout, the tracks wind through the Anti-Atlas Mountains, between arid valleys, lunar plateaus, and hidden palm groves. Heading south, the landscape becomes more desert-like, all the way to the edge of the Sahara at M'Hamid. A demanding and spectacular stage.
Jour 1
Ouarzazate → Tafraoute
The journey begins in Ouarzazate, an oasis city known as the "gateway to the desert" and a land of cinema. This stage connects Ouarzazate to Tafraout
through wild tracks, desert plateaus, dry riverbeds and deep valleys lined with palm trees. The landscapes alternate between the rocky reliefs of the Anti-Atlas
and the Berber villages clinging to the mountains.
Day 3
M'Hamid → Foum Zguid
From M'Hamid, head due west across the majestic Chegaga dunes, wilder and more challenging than those of Merzouga. Deep sand, navigation between ergs and regs, then crossing the dried-up Lake Iriki, a veritable sea of cracked salt.

Day 4
Foum Zguid → Ouarzazate
Head north, along one of the most iconic routes in southern Morocco! From the gateway to the Sahara at M'Hamid, drive along forgotten tracks winding between dry wadis and arid plateaus.
Along the way, you'll pass through Berber villages outside
Time, secret palm groves and scenery worthy of an adventure film. The arrival in Ouarzazate, "the gateway to the desert", marks the end of a stay rich in sensations, contrasts and authenticity.
